Presumption of Maximum Risk
Manufacturers often appeal to the fact that aggressive substances are present in their formulas in microscopic doses. However, INCI rules allow brands to hide exact percentages. Our position is uncompromising. If a potentially dangerous component is present, and its percentage is hidden behind commercial secrecy, the algorithm automatically calculates the penalty based on the highest risk threshold.
